The PVAC-F85 is a premium surface mount waterproof aluminum profile designed for clean, professional linear LED lighting installations in both indoor and outdoor environments. Featuring an innovative 2-piece construction, the profile allows installers to mount the aluminum channel during rough-in, then install the LED strip and complete wiring afterward for a faster, cleaner installation process.

The removable solid aluminum insert provides a convenient mounting surface for LED strips before being slid into the installed profile. Combined with the frosted diffuser and flexible silicone end caps, the system delivers excellent protection against moisture and dust while maintaining a sleek architectural appearance.

With an 8.48mm inner channel and a compact 17.5mm × 12.9mm profile, the PVAC-F85 is ideal for COB and SMD LED strips up to 8mm wide. The anodized aluminum construction provides excellent heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability for demanding residential and commercial applications.

Designed for damp and outdoor locations, the PVAC-F85 carries an IP65 rating, making it suitable for exposure to rain, water spray, and dust. However, it is not designed for continuous water immersion or underwater installations. A minimum distance of 5 feet (1.5m) from pools, fountains, and standing water is recommended.
