The PVAC-F104 is a flexible pre-drywall aluminum profile designed for creating continuous architectural lighting along curved walls, ceilings, arches, waves, and other custom shapes.

Unlike standard bendable profiles that primarily curve from side to side, the PVAC-F104 is engineered to bend in multiple directions. It can curve laterally for circular or flowing layouts and can also bend upward and downward, making it suitable for arches, vaulted details, vertical transitions, and three-dimensional architectural designs.

Its integrated mud-in wings allow the profile to be installed directly into drywall or plaster surfaces. Once finished, the aluminum body becomes visually integrated into the surrounding surface, leaving only the illuminated diffuser visible for a clean, trimless appearance.

The profile features a smaller internal channel designed for LED strips up to approximately 10mm wide, making it an excellent choice for compact architectural lighting applications while maintaining the same flexibility and seamless appearance as the larger 3/4" model.

Installation Notes

The profile should be shaped gradually before final fastening. Avoid sharp bends or forcing the extrusion beyond its natural bending radius.

For smooth curves, secure the profile progressively along the installation path rather than fastening both ends first. The LED strip and diffuser should be installed after the profile has been shaped, mounted, and the surrounding drywall compound has fully cured.
